Shipping & Delivery

A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC. delivers throughout the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia included).   All items are shipped to the confirmed address provided by the purchaser on the Paypal account, cashier’s check, money order, etc...   P.O. boxes and addresses outside of the United States and the District of Columbia are not deliverable addresses.

Special shipping arrangements are made for rush/emergency orders.  All other purchases will be shipped within 72 business hours of purchase if the order was placed before 2:00 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday.

Purchases made during contracted errand running will be delivered to the client as agreed on the independent contractor and client agreement.  Deliveries may be hand delivered or mailed that same day by the concierge and/or personal assistant.

A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC. accepts email submissions, orders made via phone and mail daily; however, submissions will be reviewed by staff  only Monday through Thursday, no holidays.



RETURN POLICY

 

Returns for Products Purchased

A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC. generally DOES NOT ACCEPT returns nor do we grant cash refunds.

IF A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC. is responsible for a mistake, then  credit will be refunded upon the receipt of the undamaged product of complaint.  The customer is  responsible for returning the item IN its ORIGINAL package.   The item shall be returned to ACICInt'l, LLC. in its rightful packaging undamaged to receive full refund.  IF packaging is deemed damaged by A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC., ACICInt’l shall refund the full amount paid by purchaser minus the cost of packaging.


Refunds

A CLEAR IMAGE CONCIERGE INTERNATIONAL, LLC.'S CONTRACTS SUPERSEDE ANY AGREEMENT SET FORTH ON THE INVOICES And, As located on the ACICInt'l's invoice, the base rate fee, also called the retainer fee, Pre-Required/Pre-Req. fees, and deposits are non-refundable fees.

ALL FUNDS LOCATED IN THE GRAY SECTION of INVOICE MUST EITHER BE PAID IN-FULL OR ALIGN W/PAYMENT PLAN AGREED UPON IN ACICINT’L, LLC.'s CONTRACT, PRIOR TO RECEIVING SERVICES.

Refunds from our Vendors/Independent Contractors may vary as they are not employees of A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC. and, therefore, ACICInt'l, LLC. is not held liable for any damages made based on the actions of independent contractors/vendors. It is the Client's responsiblity to check with each vendor to understand their policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Methods of Payment

A Clear Image Concierge Int’l, LLC accepts purchases paid in advance through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard,  Discover, debit cards (with the accepted credit cards’ logo on it) or  money order, cashier’s check,  check (only after monies are deposited into A Clear Image Concierge International’s bank account displaying a credit to A Clear Image Concierge’s account), or cash (allowed through personal meeting with representative only with the ability to exchange for receipt for service or product provided).


ACICINT’L, LLC. CANNOT RETAIN CARE PROVIDERS NOR BEGIN SERVICES UNTIL ALL PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS ARE PAID IN FULL AND CONTRACTS ARE SIGNED.  PRE-REQ FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR to ACICINT'L, LLC.'s or ITS CONTRACTED VENDORS’ ARRIVAL TO ASSIGNMENT UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN ACIC INT’L, LLC.’S CONTRACT.

A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC. May also take payments, electronically, through our Direct Deposit Payment Program.   This program allows for payments to be electronically withdrawn from your bank account with your written consent.  The process is simple:


1.  Complete the ACH PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION form.  The form will ask the following questions so to speed up the process please have the following information available:

                         *Name on bank account

                         *Bank Name

                         *Bank Address

                         *Bank routing transit number

                         *Bank Account number


2. Include a voided check from the banking institution listed above where funds will be withdrawn.


3. The name, position, and signature of the person signing for the client or the name, position, and signature of the client.


4. Include the date of your signature.


PROCESS FOR PLACING ORDERS

Please follow the following process to ensure proper handling of your order.


1.  Browse our Inventory.

Our inventory consists of various products which  must be ordered following this procedure.


2.  Choose the item you want. Email, phone or fax in the item name and/or number of interest.

Write down or using the copy  and  paste option on your computer copy the item’s name and/or it’s item number into the Interest Box from our Contact Us page -OR- us the scrolling tab to choose the items of interest.


3.  We’ll call you to verify your email address and  purchase order.

Your order will be returned with a follow-up call to discuss the item’s price, delivery and payment options.  Explain to the operator at this time any concerns or questions that you may have regarding our services and products.


4.  An email containing the bill to be paid from ACIC will be sent through Paypal. 

Please follow the prompts provided from Paypal for payments made on-line.  Other options of  making payments are through mail or phone by the use of money orders, cashier’s checks, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Checks, credit/debit cards require bank clearance prior to providing products/services.


5.  UPON SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT--

The items will be shipped  OR the service Provider will be sent.

ACICInt'l, LLC. is not to be held legally responsible for incidents caused by this website 's malfunctioning, obtaining errors, becoming inaccessible.  The use of A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC. and it's List of Preferred Vendors is at the viewer's/client's risk.

 

A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC.  provides referrals, business and personal assistance, and information only.  A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC.  acts as a "personal and business referral service" and specializes in image enhancement. A Clear Image Concierge International, LLC. is not a business consulting service. For business consultations, regarding marketing and advertising for  businesses and special events  ACICInt'l, LLC. refers our clients and members to our affiliate and business specialty company-- THYDiva.

 

**Terms and Conditions**

 

By clicking submit, you acknowledge you are signing up to become an ACICInt’l, LLC member and are over the age of 21 years. When paying for the Subscribing Membership you agree to have automatic withdrawals from your banking institution on a monthly basis FOR THE DURATION of  the chosen amount of months selected for payment options. There is a minimum of 1 year subscription if the free gift of Life Leadership's monthly subscription of edifying books and cds are desired.  To terminate services at the end of an agreed subscription that was originally for a duration of 6 months or longer, clients are required to provide A CLEAR IMAGE CONCIERGE INTERNATIONAL, LLC. with a 60 DAY NOTICE regarding termination of a subscription.  If a notice is not received, payments and contract for same subscription type shall automatically renew.  To terminate the automated renewal service send an email to:

Cancellations are not permitted prior to contract termination date.  Transferring of memberships are not permitted.  SUBSCRIPTIONS & RETAINER FEES are non-refundable fees unless error was caused by ACICI.

 

If Non-Subscribing (pay-as-you-go) Membership is your option of choice, please understand that PRIOR to each scheduled assignment the Non-Subscribing Membership fee plus the cost of Retainment must be paid.  At the start of the assignment, the balance is due.

All members types must agree to update ACICInt’l, LLC. on any changes to personal contact information, receive emails and news regarding ACICInt'l, LLC. and its' affiliates, and to receive periodic calls in regards to their servicing needs and ways to make ones lifestyle more pleasant and organized.

Upon submission of this registration form  you will receive your MEMBERSHIP ID# through your preferred method of communicating, via email, or (if you have requested a live operator to complete your registration form) immediately online through the live chat operator.

Having received your confirmation #,  you will be sent futher documentation such as our FREE Non-Subscribing Membership card. If you should decide to upgrade your Non-Subscribing Membership for a Subscribing Membership card days after the submission of this membership registration form --your Non-Subscribing Membership card will be upgraded to reflect such change.
